Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if you breach the User Agreement, the Company reserves the right to take any legal or other action against you, including but not limited to, denying or revoking access to the Website and referral to the appropriate authorities.

4. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES

Whilst the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you without any interruption, it does not guarantee that the Services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Service, you should report it to us, and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as practicable.
